Candace Blevins started out as a published author back in 2010, and she worked with four publishers for the next eight years.

In 2018, she self-published her first books under the Kaleidowords Publishing brand — the Darkish Faerie Tale series, because she wanted to fast-release the series, and her publishers all wanted to wait months between release dates.

As of January 2022, the rights to all of Candace Blevins’ previously published titles have reverted to her, and all titles fall under her personal brand, Kaleidowords Publishing.
